Chatting to hosts Bobby Norris and Ellen Coughlan on the showbiz gossip programme Access All Areas, the recently evicted responded to being asked who he believed was being disingenuous: “When it comes to social media and brand I think it’s Segun [Shodipo]. You know, he's playing the nice guy. However, do I think he's dialing into it a lot? Yes, I think it is for the cameras a little bit as well. At the end of the day, he's on a game show. He wants to win, fine. But on the other hand, I think Nathan [King] is playing a game as well.”
Later in the interview, Izaaz was asked if Nathan and Rosie’s relationship was real: “Hand on heart, I don't think it is, but I do think baked potato is invested. But look, I think if it does blossom into something beautiful, fantastic. I think Nathan's using baked potato for a love story to go to the end.”
He also added: “I just think they’ve got two completely different views. I just can't see Nathan in the real world being with someone so down to earth like Rosie. I think he's got a lot of opinions, and the way he thinks and the way he puts things forward, that's the complete opposite to Rosie. I feel like he'll need someone to be on that level with him to be able to voice his opinions and everything else. So, for me, I can't see it on the outside.”
