He was joined by Dr Anil Joshi, leading facial plastic surgeon, who spoke about getting into plastic surgery and popular surgeries he would avoid. Liv Tompkins, NHS nurse and CrossFit athlete, discussed how she balances the two worlds and advice for anyone struggling to get into exercise. Also on the show was Dr Mirza Marican, doctor, who discussed getting IV Drip Therapy and how it differs to vitamins.
