Tiffs, spats and same sex Dads with guest Ashley Glazebrook

Not In Front Of The Kids

    Monday, 7 September 2026 - 50 minutes

From floating Simon Cowell heads to full-blown fatherhood! This week, Cara and Nathan welcome Ashley Glazebrook (aka Ash from Twist and Pulse) to the studio. Ash opens up about his 11-year relationship with his husband Liam, meeting on Grindr, and the beautiful, complex surrogacy journey they took in Cyprus to bring their daughter Tilly into the world. The gang also hashes out the great parenting debate in The Courtroom—is it worse to be a softie or a dictator?—and reads out some truly outrageous listener stories about the lies your kids have told. (Spoiler: someone is getting chucked in a car boot). Synopsis: Not In Front Of The Kids Not In Front Of The Kids is a brutally honest, unhinged, and hilarious podcast that abandons the illusion of perfect parenting. Launched on July 2, 2026, on FUBAR Radio, the show dives headfirst into the loud, sticky, and exhausting reality of raising a family. The Hosts The podcast is hosted by Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde-Massey, who famously met and won series two of Love Island in 2016. Now married with two children and a dog with ADHD, the couple has traded the glitz of reality TV for the trenches of parenthood. They use the show as a space to vent, bicker, and share the genuine chaos of their household without any Instagram filters. What to Expect Not In Front Of The Kids covers all the daily disasters, arguments, and questionable decisions that the parenting manuals leave out. Listeners can expect: Unfiltered Realities: Candid discussions on everything from the mental load of being the "default parent" to bedtime negotiations, fussy eaters, and the financial drain of family holidays. The Courtroom: A staple segment where Cara and Nathan tackle major parenting debates—such as strict versus soft parenting or whether having a pet is the same as having a child—and cast their judgments. Celebrity Guests: Deep dives with guests who share their own unfiltered stories about relationships, family planning, and the struggles of raising kids. Listener Confessions: The hosts frequently involve their audience, finding humor in listener stories about the ridiculous things kids do and the moments of pure madness every parent secretly understands. Where to Listen New episodes of Not In Front Of The Kids drop every Thursday at 2:00 PM on fubarradio.com and across all major podcast platforms. Ashley Glazebrook Ashley Glazebrook, widely known by his stage name "Twist," is a professional dancer, choreographer, and content creator. Born on March 28, 1991, in London, he grew up alongside two brothers and four step-brothers. Glazebrook developed a passion for music and dance at a young age, heavily inspired by Michael Jackson, and later attended the BRIT School of Performing Arts and Technology. While studying for a BTEC National Diploma in dance, he met Glen Murphy (aka "Pulse"). Bonding over their shared sense of humor, the two friends formed the duo Twist and Pulse, creating a unique performance style they dubbed "streetomedy"—a blend of street dance and comedy. The duo skyrocketed to fame in 2010 when they reached the finals of ITV's Britain's Got Talent, finishing as runners-up. They later returned for the 2019 spin-off, Britain's Got Talent: The Champions, where they earned Alesha Dixon's Golden Buzzer and won the entire competition. Following their television success, Twist and Pulse toured the UK with their own show, Twist and Pulse LIVE!, and served as Olympic Torch relay bearers in 2012. They have also built a massive online audience with viral dance videos and have choreographed for major global brands, including Samsung and McDonald's. In his personal life, Glazebrook is engaged to Liam Durbidge, and in June 2023, the couple welcomed a daughter, Tillie, via surrogacy. Glazebrook now frequently shares content focusing on fatherhood and actively advocates for surrogacy awareness for same-sex couples in the UK.  Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde-Massey Nathan Massey (born June 27, 1992, in Essex) and Cara De La Hoyde-Massey (born July 10, 1990, in Kent) are British reality television stars best known for winning the second series of ITV's Love Island in 2016. Before achieving national fame on the reality show, Nathan was employed as a carpenter, while Cara worked as a circus performer and glamour model. The pair coupled up on the very first day of Love Island and remained together throughout the series, ultimately choosing to share the £50,000 prize money after being crowned the winners. Their post-villa relationship has been highly publicised, standing out as one of the franchise's longest-lasting success stories. Though they briefly split in April 2017, they reconciled later that year before welcoming their first child, a son named Freddie-George, in December 2017. The couple officially tied the knot in the summer of 2019. In July 2020, they welcomed their second child, a daughter named Delilah. Over the years, they have successfully transitioned their public image from reality TV stars to a relatable family unit. Today, Nathan and Cara co-host the FUBAR Radio podcast Not In Front Of The Kids, which launched in July 2026. The show serves as an unfiltered space for the couple to discuss the chaotic, sticky, and exhausting realities of raising their two children and their dog.
