He also caught up with assistant producer Adam who couldn’t be bothered to come in as he had just got back from Glastonbury. He didn’t sound like he’d fully recovered. And Barry Dodds joined in again, and had to answer to Nat’s questions about the horror film she’d been asked to watch as ‘show research’. She was unimpressed.

This week Dick and Dom spoke to Ray about their forthcoming BST gig in Hyde Park, and how they don’t feel comfortable swearing in public. Midge Ure popped into the studio to talk about his 80’s invasion tour with Big County and Nick Heyward, and Ray revealed an exclusive story that Annabel Giles told him about when her and Midge were at Disneyland, and Minnie from Minnie’s Henhouse came into the studio and sang a couple of songs. Plus Ray and Nat got to the bottom of why Adam had been sulking for the whole show.
