Ken tells us how he managed to solve racism in his Instagram DMs by getting someone who had sent him racist slurs to buy him a mahjong set as an apology. He first burst onto the comedy scene after reaching the final of the 2015 BBC New Comedy Award and since then he has written and starred in three series of his own BBC Radio 4 show, Chinese Comedian.As a presenter, Ken has hosted Don’t Blame Me, Blame My Brain, a children’s comedy show that explains scientific concepts to kids, and Game Over, Humans, a documentary about AI and gaming.As a writer, Ken has written his own episode of Doctor Who: Redacted, an audio series set in the Doctor Who universe. He has also written for Have I Got News For You, Mock the Week, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, Hypothetical, The Island, Newsjack and The News Quiz.Outside of comedy, Ken is a lover of all types of games. He frequently appears as a guest on the Youtube channel No Rolls Barred, playing Blood on the Clocktower and other board games.Ken is currently working on his first book about life lessons learned from games and game theory.
