Chatting to comedian Andrew White on the comedy programme Pulse Of The Nation, Kirsty Paterson revealed that she wasn’t fully paid for the event: “So initially we were supposed to get paid £500 for the two days. And you know what? See if it's just a side gig, and you're just wanting a bit of extra money, it's actually quite good money, two days for £500. So I got paid £200 out of the £500, but it just happened to me just before the Good Morning Britain interview. I've not been fully paid, no, but I've done quite well off the back of it with my cameos.”
She spoke about her relationship with the other cast members since the event: “We've distanced ourselves a bit now, like, I still talk to some of them, but I used to date one of them, so I kind of don't speak to him anymore.”
Kirsty shared her reaction when her photo went viral: “When the picture first came out, I was just hoping I didn't see anyone I knew from the event and we could just have a laugh about it and move on.”
Also in this episode, Kirsty shared details of a documentary she is working on to share her story: “I'm actually producing my own documentary on the real story of what's actually went on and it's not all been roses. It's a really interesting story of what's happened from the start, and I'm doing it with an Emmy winning documentary maker. So, when that all comes out, I'm really excited to show everyone what's happened, because it's been insane.”
