Earlier this week Gabby Allen host of What The Health?! caught up with Varun Bhanot Co. Founder of Magic AI.
A mirror that allows you check your fitness levels and create unique fitness plans to get you into shape.
Varun said "Typically programs are four weeks long. You put in beginner, intermediate or advance. What is your height, weight and gender. The system will personalise a four week programme."
Gabby questioned Varun about how this will help people who aren't looking after their health: "Around 15 % of the population have a gym membership um which is about 10 million people but actually what's amazing is 38 million people just don't work out at all they don't go into the gym"
Varun explained how the mirror works: "we've got this camera it's in people's homes you can actually take a selfie at the end of the workout so i think leaning further into sort of that community kind of accountability and seeing how others are doing and potentially challenging them and trying to beat them so we give everyone a score at the end of the class based upon like how how good their form quality was and so how many reps they did and basically just trying to gamify it."
